Selling and renting out

Posting a listing, photos, moderation, free listings, promotion and trust badges.

• Posting a listing, step by step — Choose the deal and type, add the location, details, photos and contacts. Only a few fields are required.
• Photos, floor plans, video and 3D tours — Up to 15 photos and 5 floor plans per listing, plus a YouTube or Vimeo video and a Matterport 3D tour.
• Moderation: when your listing appears — A new listing either appears at once or after a moderator checks it. Its status is shown in My listings.
• How many listings are free — Every account can post 3 listings for free. Agents and agencies can post more.
• How long a listing stays up, and free bumps — A listing stays in search for 30 days. Once every 3 days you can bump it to the top for free.
• VIP, TOP and Featured promotion — Paid placements above other listings. The price and duration are shown before you pay.
• Paying by bank transfer — Pay for promotion or a listing fee from any bank in Armenia. Write the code RE-… in the purpose so we can match your transfer.
• The “Ownership checked” badge — Send the ownership certificate and a moderator confirms that the address and the owner match your listing.
• The “Only on realest.am” badge — Tick it if you post the listing only here. If the listing turns up on another site, the badge is removed for good.
• Messages, viewing requests and statistics — Answer buyers in one place, confirm viewings and see how many people view, save and contact your listings.
• Hosting daily rentals: calendar and bookings — Keep the calendar up to date, sync it with Airbnb or Booking.com, and confirm requests within 24 hours.
• The Superhost badge and guests’ ratings — Hosts of daily rentals who keep guests happy get the Superhost badge: how it is earned and how ratings are counted.
