Answer buyers in one place, confirm viewings and see how many people view, save and contact your listings.
Leads. Every message about your listings is in Dashboard → Leads. Reply in the chat, set a status (new, contacted, qualified, won, lost), add notes and a date to follow up.
Viewings. Requests come to Dashboard → Viewings: confirm, suggest another time or decline. We remind both sides a day before.
Statistics. For each listing and for your whole account: views, phone number reveals, saves to favorites, messages and viewings, with tips on what to improve.
New messages and requests also come by email and, if you allowed them, as push notifications. Quick replies help: buyers often choose the listing that answered first.
