Send the ownership certificate and a moderator confirms that the address and the owner match your listing.
Buyers trust listings whose ownership has been checked. To get the badge:
Open the listing in My listings and press Verify ownership.
Upload the Cadastre Committee’s ownership certificate or an extract from the property register (e-cadastre.am): PDF or photos, every page, easy to read. If you are the owner’s representative, add the power of attorney or your agreement with the owner.
A moderator compares the document with the listing’s address, the kind of property and the seller.
Buyers see the Ownership checked badge, never your documents. Only realest.am moderators see the files, and we delete them 30 days after the check. If you change the listing’s address, the check has to be done again.
