Block dates that aren’t available.
Turn on instant booking so guests can book free dates without waiting, and set a minimum stay.
Import calendars from Airbnb, Booking.com or any site that gives an iCal link: we update them every 30 minutes, so the same night isn’t booked twice. Export your realest.am calendar to those sites with its own link.
Booking requests wait for your answer for 24 hours. When you confirm one, other requests for the same nights are declined automatically. The guest pays you directly; realest.am takes no fee.
