Hosts of daily rentals who keep guests happy get the Superhost badge: how it is earned and how ratings are counted.
Daily rentals show the guests’ rating: the average of the published reviews guests wrote after their stays (see Reviews after a stay), with the number of reviews.
A host gets the Superhost badge on all their daily rentals when, over the last 12 months:
We check this every hour, so the badge comes and goes on its own. Guests can search for Superhosts only and sort by Best rated. Turning on instant booking in the listing’s calendar also puts the Instant booking badge on its cards.
