1. Fill it in with the dates, the number of guests and the total price before the guests arrive. Both sides keep a copy, or a photo of the signed page.
2. Agree on what happens if the stay is cancelled. If the guest pays in advance, write down how much and when it is returned.
3. Never send a prepayment to someone you haven't checked: see how to avoid prepayment scams. When you book through realest.am, the host and the dates are in your booking and its chat.
4. When the guests arrive and leave, note the condition of the home and the keys. For a longer stay, use the handover act.
