What can be posted, and why a listing can be rejected or removed.
What you can post — Real properties in Armenia that are actually for sale or rent, posted by the owner or someone allowed to advertise them.
Price, address and details — The full real price in one currency, the right category and an address that matches the property.
Photo rules — Photos of this property only, without text, phone numbers or other sites’ logos.
One property, one listing — Post each property once. Copies of the same listing are blocked or removed.
Why a listing can be rejected or removed — The usual reasons: false details, wrong category, someone else’s photos, a duplicate or a report confirmed by moderators.
