Why a listing can be rejected or removed
The usual reasons: false details, wrong category, someone else’s photos, a duplicate or a report confirmed by moderators.
A moderator can reject a new listing or remove an active one when:
- the property doesn’t exist, is no longer available or isn’t in Armenia;
- the price, address or category is wrong;
- the photos break the photo rules;
- it’s a duplicate;
- visitors reported it and the report was confirmed;
- it’s fraud or breaks the law.
Repeated or serious breaches can lead to the account being suspended. Fix the listing and post it again, or contact us if you think it’s a mistake.
