Booking a daily rental

Pick your dates, send a request or book instantly, and pay the host directly. realest.am takes no fee.

Daily rentals have a booking box on the listing page (you need an account):

  1. Choose the check-in and check-out days. Taken days are greyed out; the host may set a minimum stay.
  2. Add the number of guests and a few words for the host.
  3. Press Book now if the host allows instant booking, or Request to book. The host answers within 24 hours; a request that isn’t answered by then is cancelled.

You pay the host directly, the way you agree in the booking chat. realest.am charges no fee and takes no payment for bookings.

To find a place, choose Dates and guests in the search bar: you see only places free on those nights that sleep that many, with the total for your stay. Cards show the guests’ rating, Instant booking and the Superhost badge (what it means), and you can sort by Best rated. Your bookings are in Dashboard → Bookings.
