By using realest.am you confirm that you accept these terms and that you will comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You may use realest.am to browse listings and, with an account, to post listings, save favorites, store searches, and contact sellers. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you post a listing, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of its content, including prices, descriptions, photos, and contact details. You must have the right to advertise the property. We may edit, moderate, or remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
You may not post false, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent listings; infringe the rights of others; upload harmful or unlawful content; scrape or abuse the platform; or attempt to disrupt its operation. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed.
Some listings require a fee after your free allowance is used. Fees, durations, and promotion options are shown before you confirm. Paid features are provided once payment is confirmed and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
realest.am is a platform that connects users; we are not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from dealings with other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Nothing in them limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the RA Law on Consumer Rights Protection. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia in Yerevan.
