Realest (realest.am and the “Realest: Buy, Sell, Rent” app for Android) is run by Digital Brains LLC. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time, on the website or in the app.
1. Sign in at realest.am or in the Realest app. 2. Open Settings → Profile. 3. At the bottom of the page, press “Delete account” and confirm with your password. The account is deleted straight away and can't be restored.
Reset your password from the sign-in page, or write to us through the Contact page (realest.am/contact) from the email address on your account. We delete the account within 30 days of your request.
Your profile (name, email address and password), your listings with their photos and calendars, favorites and folders, saved searches and alerts, homes you track, selections for clients, bookings, reviews you wrote, notification subscriptions and payment records are removed from realest.am.
Messages you sent to other people stay in their inbox, but are no longer linked to your account. Reports you made about listings are kept without your name. Server logs, which can include your IP address, are kept only for security and for fixing errors.
You don't have to delete the account to remove data: delete a listing from your dashboard, remove favorites, folders, saved searches and selections where you see them, and change your name and email address in Settings → Profile.
